POMEGRANATE ROSEMARY JAYNE | CANNABIS COCKTAIL

Living in Seattle where cannabis is legal has opened up a whole new world of non-alcoholic cocktails. We love using cannabis tinctures with seasonal juices to make “tincture-tails” when we don’t want alcohol but still want to have a festive and fun drink. Our tincture-tails always have sparkling water, making the juices fizzy and refreshing.

To make the Pomegranate Rosemary Jayne, here is the recipe:

3 oz Pomegranate juice

1 oz sparkling water

Cannabis tincture (follow serving size directions from the brand)

Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice. Bruise the rosemary by slapping against your hand. This will release the oils in the rosemary. Add the sprig to your drink.

When adding tincture to the drink, be sure to start with a small amount, especially if you are having more than one.
